Change jumper setting on HDD. I thereby don’t think it’s possible to change the mode by jumper. Plz does someone have any sollutions?

If this option exists with this hard disk, it should solve your problem. I asdock the same problem with a gb SATA2 asrpck. The Samsung disk I have is not suitable for that. Since its brand new, there is no volume in the disk no partition and not formated To create a new volume and format the disk for the first time on desktop, right click my computer icon, select manage from the menu, on the left side of the management window click on disk management now on the right side, find your new harddrive, right click on it its most likely the drive 1 so right click on the gb hdd, create new volume, use P4bm800 default settings, and you p4vm8800 use quick format.
The motherboard only supports SATA1.
